Yardi Systems Specialist/Administrator

Focus: Ensures optimal software performance and data integrity

Responsibilities:

• Administering Yardi Voyager
• Audit and maintain user group configurations and permissions.
• Manage Yardi user security, roles and menus
• Gather and analyze various user and system requirements
• Troubleshooting system issues
• Implementing software updates
• Test and document Yardi upgrades
• Providing user support
• Respond to queries either through the internal helpdesk system, by email, over the phone, or in person as needed.
• Provides help desk support for incoming queries by troubleshooting and responding to user requests and questions, researching and correcting systems problems, and following up with the end users to ensure satisfaction and/or resolution of systems-related issues.
• Provide technical assistance to Yardi users

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

• Demonstrated proficiency in Yardi software, and experience in a Support role is maintain, troubleshoot, provide instructions, and install as needed.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
