Yardi Report/ Database Developer

Focus: Creating actionable data insights for stakeholders

Responsibilities:

• Designing and building custom reports (using SQL, SSRS, or Yardi’s proprietary tools)
• Create and integrate custom Yardi Spreadsheet Reporting (YSR)-driven reports to meet advanced reporting needs
• Manage Yardi Custom Financial Analytics (CFA) for financial reporting
• Manage Yardi Report Scheduler for automating report delivery
• Maintaining dashboards
• Analyzing data accuracy
• Manage data interchange and data warehouse connections.
• Develop, write, and validate custom APIs to integrate with third-party applications.
• Utilize SQL for data management and retrieval
• Utilize Microsoft Azure and Power BI

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

• Strong understanding of SQL and database management systems.
• Expertise in software development and programming languages such as JavaScript and .NET.
• Demonstrated proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, internet, and database management programs in order to complete required reports, produce necessary communication materials, and use the internet for communication, research, and other business purposes.
