Yardi Consultant/Implementation Specialist

Focus: New client onboarding and system optimization.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
• Configuring Yardi systems for new clients
• Conducting data migrations
• Performs data mapping and conversions.
• Ability to correlate the use of Yardi to business objectives and procedures in order to streamline workflow.
• Developing custom workflows
• Project Management
• Training staff
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Checklist

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

• Demonstrated ability to read, write, and communicate effectively to create and make presentations to team members at all levels, and to design and teach information systems training programs.
• Demonstrated proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, internet, and database management programs in order to complete required reports, produce necessary communication materials, and use the internet for communication, research, and other business purposes.
• Proficiency in project management skills to create project plans, track and monitor progress, meet production and delivery deadlines, and oversee project implementation across multiple properties or geographic areas.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities.

Requirements

• Yardi software experience, 5+ years
• Advanced Excel skills.
• General knowledge of financial and accounting concepts. Familiarity of accounting.
• Experience working in software support and system administration.
• Willingness to travel
