The Regulatory Analyst role involves overseeing the development and implementation of regulatory compliance frameworks and processes within the organization. This position demands a high level of expertise in cybersecurity governance and compliance, encompassing areas such as SOX, IT controls, and audit compliance. The Regulatory Analyst serves as the go-to technical expert in this field, bringing industry knowledge and awareness to the role.

The primary focus of this position is to provide cybersecurity protection services across four critical business environments: Enterprise IT, Manufacturing OT, Connected Products, and the Connected Ecosystem of third-party suppliers and partners in North America. Key responsibilities include initiating, evaluating, and managing control assessments to demonstrate compliance with regulatory and security requirements. Effective communication is crucial, as the role requires conveying compliance status, strategies, and analysis to committee working groups and senior leadership.

Candidates for this role should possess an IS-related bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. They should have 8-10 years of IT business experience, with at least 5 years of experience leading comprehensive compliance programs and audits in a corporate setting. Desired certifications include those related to COSO Framework, IT General Controls (such as CISSP, CRISC, CISA, CISM), and knowledge of security and regulatory standards, including NIST, ISO27001, and privacy regulations. The position involves decision-making related to compliance communications, committee coordination, reporting channels, interpretation of privacy regulations, and influencing minimum compliance requirements across the North American region.
